A consortium of Mitsubishi Energy Americas, Inc., Sargent & Lundy and TIC—The Industrial Firm will present Entergy Texas with engineering, procurement and development (EPC) companies to construct the Orange County Superior Energy Station (OCAPS).

The Public Utility Fee of Texas authorised Entergy Texas’ proposal to construct the 1,215 megawatt (MW) combined-cycle energy plant close to Bridge Metropolis, Texas.

The consortium companions’ mixed experience will assist Entergy progress towards its power transition aim:

• Sargent & Lundy, identified for its superior class combined-cycle engineering expertise, is the Engineer of Report.


• TIC, which has a powerful document for secure on-time development, is the Constructor.


• Mitsubishi Energy, a world chief in energy era and storage options, is supplying its hydrogen-capable energy prepare which incorporates two M501JAC enhanced air-cooled gasoline generators, steam turbine, warmth restoration steam generator, and superior management system.
