Tullow Oil PLC and its companions have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Ghana’s authorities for the extension of the West Cape Three Factors (WCTP) and Deepwater Tano (DWT) offshore blocks, which include the manufacturing Jubilee and TEN fields.
