World vitality know-how firm Schlumberger NV (SLB) stated its three way partnership with Aker Options ASA and Subsea7 SA, OneSubsea, secured an engineering, procurement, and development contract from Equinor ASA. SLB stated it can ship all-electric subsea manufacturing programs for 12 wells within the Fram Sor mission offshore Norway.

The award acknowledges a collaborative year-long front-end engineering design section wherein Equinor and SLB OneSubsea collectively superior the mission, ending with a improvement plan and ultimate funding determination (FID).

As a part of the EPC scope, SLB OneSubsea will provide 4 subsea templates and 12 all-electric subsea bushes, eradicating the necessity for hydraulic fluid from the host platform and minimizing topside modifications.
