Seatrium Offshore Know-how Pte. Ltd. (SOT) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Cochin Shipyard Ltd. (CSL) to strengthen cooperation within the offshore sector throughout India and Asia.
SOT, a Seatrium Ltd. firm, mentioned in a media launch that the partnership will mix SOT’s specialised tools and offshore options with CSL’s intensive infrastructure, fabrication services, and ship restore experience to leverage enterprise alternatives.
SOT mentioned that the partnership will give attention to upkeep, restore, and overhaul tasks for shoppers with operations in Asia. The 2 firms may also discover alternatives to develop into different key offshore markets within the area.
