QatarEnergy signed Thursday an settlement to promote about 1.8 million metric tons every year (mtpa) of liquefied pure gasoline (LNG) to Bangladesh with supply beginning 2026.

The state-owned QatarEnergy stated, “With this new SPA [sale and purchase agreement], QatarEnergy reaffirms its place because the LNG provider of alternative for its companions within the South Asia LNG markets”.
