QatarEnergy and Chevron Phillips Chemical Firm (CPChem) marked the bottom breaking of the Golden Triangle Polymers Plant in Orange County, within the U.S. State of Texas, marking the start of development of the $8.5 billion world-scale petrochemical facility.
