OneSubsea, the three way partnership between power tech firm SLB, Aker Options, and Subsea7, has secured a contract from BP for a subsea boosting system within the greenfield improvement of the Kaskida challenge within the deepwater U.S. Gulf of Mexico.

The challenge scope features a supplier-led, high-pressure subsea pump resolution full with built-in energy and controls umbilical, in addition to related topside tools, SLB mentioned in a press launch.
