Preliminary Norwegian hydrocarbon manufacturing figures for December 2023 confirmed a mean every day manufacturing of two,096,000 barrels of oil, pure gasoline liquids (NGL) and condensate.
In accordance with the info launched by the Norwegian Offshore Directorate (NOD), whole gasoline gross sales for the final month of 2023 reached 414.9 trillion cubic toes (11.75 billion cubic meters), which is 28.2 billion cubic toes (0.8 billion cubic meters) greater than the earlier month.
Common manufacturing throughout December stood at 25.1 million cubic toes per day (MMcfpd). The volumes have been 5.3 % above the forecast and three.2 % above the typical manufacturing in November 2023. In comparison with December 2022, common manufacturing rose 5 %.
Common every day liquids manufacturing in December included 1,847,000 barrels of oil, 228,000 barrels of NGLs and 21,000 barrels of condensate.
Oil manufacturing in December was 1.9 % greater than the Norwegian Offshore Directorate’s forecast and 0.5 % decrease than the forecast this yr. November oil manufacturing was 2.3 % greater. NGL manufacturing rose 2.5 % whereas condensate manufacturing rose 3.9 % in comparison with November. The manufacturing of oil, NGLs and condensate rose 4.2 %, 4.7 % and 5.2 % respectively in comparison with December 2022 volumes.
The overall petroleum manufacturing in 2023 was about 8.27 Tcf (234.3 million cubic meters) of oil equivalents. Damaged down, 2023 manufacturing included 3.6 Tcf (104.1 million cubic meters) oil equivalents of oil, about 0.45 Tcf (12.9 million cubic meters) oil equivalents of NGLs and condensate and about 4.1 Tcf (117.3 million cubic meters) oil equivalents of gasoline on the market, in response to the directorate.
