Singapore-based Nortrans Pte Ltd. has secured a contract with Italy’s Saipem SpA for the Jansz-Io Compression (J-IC) challenge offshore Western Australia.

To serve the contract, the corporate stated in a media launch that it has secured the providers of Belait CSS1MSU DP2, a 200-POB flotel on a long-term bareboat constitution. This marks Belait CSS1’s first challenge with Nortrans.

Nortrans and Belait CSS1 will participate within the challenge by delivering devoted lodging assist for important personnel transfers through the FCS hook-up. Belait CSS1 will play an important function in managing the offshore workforce, guaranteeing operations are secure and environment friendly, based on the press launch.
