Nigeria in Talks to Lengthen Contract to Promote Crude to Dangote Refinery

Nigeria is in talks with the Dangote Refinery to increase a contract to promote crude in native foreign money to the plant, the most important in Africa. 

“Discussions are presently ongoing in direction of emplacing a brand new contract,” the Nigerian Nationwide Petroleum Firm Ltd. mentioned in an announcement late Monday. The settlement, first signed in October, expires on the finish of March.

It was put in place to cut back stress on the naira and enhance provide of crude to the enormous Dangote Refinery, which has a capability to course of 650,000 barrels of crude day by day.
