Nexus Alliance mentioned it was not in talks with the Nigerian Nationwide Petroleum Co. about financing pipeline upgrades.

The Nigerian oil agency was discussing elevating $2 billion early this 12 months and utilizing the cash to restore and improve broken pipelines whereas lowering leaks, Bloomberg reported on Dec. 29 citing individuals with information of the matter.

An NNPC spokesperson didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark.
