Ukrainian state-owned oil and pure fuel firm Naftogaz Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate with Norwegian vitality big Equinor ASA.
The MoU, signed by Sergii Koretskyi, Naftogaz’s Chief Government Officer, and Irene Rummelhoff, Government Vice President for Advertising, Midstream and Processing of Equinor, gives for the sharing of expertise and applied sciences to contribute to the event and modernization of Naftogaz, the corporate stated. The 2 corporations will conduct coaching applications for managers, engineers, technical employees, and ESG and decarbonization specialists.
“We welcome partnerships that assist our nation overcome the challenges of struggle and create a sustainable vitality sector”, Koretskyi stated.

As a part of the settlement, a joint working group might be established to determine precedence topics and facilitate the change of information in key areas, together with funding planning, geology, and digitalization, Naftogaz stated.
“We’re happy to proceed to construct our collaboration with Naftogaz into particular expertise switch and information sharing”, Rummelhoff stated.
The settlement was signed within the presence of Oleksiy Havrysh, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Norway, and Tor Martin Anfinnsen, member of Naftogaz’s Supervisory Board.
