Eni SpA stated Wednesday it had signed an settlement to purchase two million metric tons each year (MMtpa) of liquefied pure fuel (LNG) for 20 years from Enterprise World Inc.’s under-construction CP2 LNG in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.

The Italian state-backed power main expects deliveries, from part 1 of the challenge, to start by 2030. CP2 LNG is anticipated to begin up 2027.
