EnerMech Secures 5-Yr Extension for Al Shaheen Discipline Contract

EnerMech Pty. Ltd. has secured a five-year extension to its North Oil Firm (NOC) contract within the Al Shaheen Oil Discipline in Qatar.

The settlement contains bolt tensioning and torquing, pipe freezing, and coaching, EnerMech mentioned in a media launch.

EnerMech mentioned it views Qatar, together with the broader Center East, as a key space for development and that it is able to leverage new markets via its progressive applied sciences.

Charles Davison Jr., EnerMech CEO, mentioned, “I want to commend Sean Lawless, Nation Supervisor for Qatar for establishing EnerMech as a number one supplier of leak testing and flange administration providers within the area, which places us ready to proceed the evolution of EnerMech within the Gulf”.

Situated 80 kilometers (roughly 50 miles) north of Doha within the Arabian Gulf, the Al Shaheen Oil Discipline is an lively manufacturing website off the northeastern coast of Qatar. Oil manufacturing on the area started in 1994, reaching oil manufacturing of 100,000 barrels every day and increasing to 200,000 barrels per day in 2004. By 2010, oil manufacturing reached 1 billion barrels with the arrival of two massive double-hulled FSO vessels. By 2013, Al Shaheen had 220 wells and 24 services, NOC mentioned.

The corporate is constant to increase the undertaking, kicking off the Ruya growth undertaking in 2023, with additional expansions deliberate sooner or later, in response to NOC.
