Dominion Vitality Inc. has closed the sale of a 50 p.c non-controlling curiosity within the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CWOW) mission to Stonepeak. Dominion Vitality stated in a media launch that it’ll retain full operational management of the mission’s building and operations. Stonepeak can have customary minority rights.

The CWOW transaction is according to Dominion Vitality’s debt discount initiatives. The corporate has agreed $21 billion price of transactions, reaching one hundred pc of the enterprise assessment targets. The assessment included the sale of Cove Level LNG, East Ohio Fuel, Questar Fuel and Wexpro, and Public Service Firm of North Carolina, in addition to the completion of the gasoline securitization at Dominion Vitality Virginia and the offshore wind partnership.
