The U.S. Division of Power (DOE) has issued an emergency order permitting PJM Interconnection to function Unit 4 of the Wagner Producing Station past its regular limits. The DOE mentioned in a media launch that it allowed PJM, in coordination with Talen Power Company, to run specified models on the Wagner Producing Station as PJM deems crucial to satisfy anticipated electrical energy demand.
