Household-owned power providers supplier Danos LLC has accomplished the acquisition of John Wooden Group PLC’s onshore oil and fuel labor provide operations in the USA.

Danos mentioned in a media launch that that is the seventh acquisition it has made since 2014.

“We’re actively searching for extra acquisitions within the power sector that improve our potential to service our clients and supply profession growth alternatives for our staff”, Danos Ventures CEO Eric Danos mentioned.

“We’ve got been within the folks enterprise for 78 years”, Paul Danos, CEO of Danos, mentioned. “Offering extremely expert personnel to construct, preserve, and function our clients’ property safely is what we do”.

Danos mentioned it has sustained a major presence within the Permian Basin, Eagle Ford, and varied different shale performs since 2012, offering quite a lot of manufacturing and renewable power providers.

Earlier Danos Operations Providers secured a contract to supply manufacturing providers for Beacon Offshore Vitality’s new deepwater facility within the Gulf of America. The Shenandoah floating manufacturing system will make use of manufacturing operators, instrumentation and electrical technicians, mechanics, and offshore set up managers. A number of staff started work on the platform in 2024.

The Shenandoah facility is nearing completion of its hook-up and is anticipated to begin oil manufacturing later this summer season. Located roughly 230 miles from New Orleans, the mission has a designed capability of 120,000 barrels of oil day by day.
