Baker Hughes Co has secured a contract from Bechtel Vitality Inc to ship the primary liquefaction tools for the fourth practice of NextDecade Corp’s Rio Grande liquefied pure fuel (LNG) mission positioned on the Port of Brownsville, Texas.

The brand new contract provides to the earlier framework settlement underneath which Baker Hughes will ship fuel turbine and refrigerant compressor know-how and contractual providers agreements for Trains 4 to eight, Baker Hughes stated in a media launch. Baker Hughes stated Practice 4 will replicate know-how options offered for the primary three LNG trains.

The Practice 4 order consists of two Body 7 fuel generators, acknowledged for his or her established reliability and vitality effectivity, together with six centrifugal compressors, Baker Hughes stated.
