Alabama oil rig catches fireplace alongside Cell River

Heavy smoke billowed over Cell, Alabama, on Wednesday afternoon after a “multi-story, oil rig-like construction” caught fireplace, in response to Cell Fireplace-Rescue. 

A number of fireplace vans and boats responded to the rig, which accommodates diesel, hydraulic fluid, oil, and different probably hazardous supplies. 

Cell Fireplace-Rescue Chief Jeremy Lami instructed reporters on the scene that the hearth was a whole bunch of toes within the air, complicating first responders’ efforts.

There have been no preliminary stories of accidents. The fireplace appeared to interrupt out in a shipyard on the east facet of the Cell River throughout from the metropolis’s enterprise district.
