Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras) has kicked off the contracting course of for the development of its first BioQAV and renewable diesel (hydrotreated vegetable oil – HVO) manufacturing plant.
BioQAV would be the sustainable mixing part for the plant’s sustainable aviation gas (SAF) output. The plant will rise on the Presidente Bernardes Refinery (RPBC) in Cubatao, Petrobras mentioned in a media launch.
