Oilfield companies firm 9 Vitality Service Inc. has determined to cut back the dimensions of its board of administrators from eight to 6 members by the top of the 12 months. In an announcement, the corporate mentioned the change could be useful to its strategic priorities going ahead.

Following the choice, Ernie Danner, Andy Waite, and Curtiss Harrell all resigned as administrators efficient February 28, 2025.
